Dissemination

 Purpose and Scope of Dissemination

• Raising awareness about the challenges and the potential solutions provided by the project
• Informing and educating the target audience as appropriate
• Engaging a good number of representatives of the target audience groups to get input /feedback on our problems, expectations and experiences
• Promoting the use of the project outputs and results through fostering decision making on use and implementation activities by practical knowledge transfer activities

This document describes and associates the results to be disseminated to different target groups and the related dissemination means that will be used. It provides an overview of what is known and planned at the timing of the document in preparation. The dissemination actions will be continuously monitored and accordingly updated

Key Messages For Dissemination

  • We know that our target audience needs to know our project exists and have some idea of what we are trying to achieve,  so we will, at an early stage use the opportunity to present a clear and easily recognisable identity for our project
  • We will inform others about our activities and especially impact of activities that took place
  • We will inform others about the international aspect of our Project, how it contributed to the students,  teachers and community life.
Evaluation

The effectiveness of the dissemination activities will be monitored regularly. All the dissemination activities will be discussed during the international meetings of the Project.

The number of the visitors  for the web platforms and social media accounts will be an indicator for evaluation.

The feedback taken from the students, teachers, parents and other community numbers will also help to determine evaluation.

Implementation

We will record all the communication activities as they take place.
