Maths and P.E. - The students will take part in different timed sports competitions such as–speed (50m), jumping in a bag, standing on one leg, relay races etc. The results will be posted and compared on the Twinspace. Graphs to be produced.

(ROMANIA) Activity 7 - Maths in School Research

For this task, the Romanian team also chose to deliver the survey to 100 students who were more than happy to talk about their interests and be able to compare their results to those of students from other countries.

For the first question of our questionnaire:"What is your favourite singer/band?"the answers were so diverse that it was impossible to draw a chart. Most of our students prefer listening to Romanian bands or singers.

(POLAND) ACTIVITY 7 - MATHS IN SCHOOL RESEARCH

In September 2015 we started another series of "Maths Is Everywhere!" activities with TASK 7 - MATHS IN SCHOOL RESEARCH.

This time students were asked to do research at school. They could choose the subjects of their surveys and composed the questionnaires. After that, they asked their classmates to complete the surveys and had to analise the results.

The final products include reports summarising the stages, results and analysis of the conducted research. You can watch photos depicting the results in the presentation below:
