(UK) Activity 4 Maths and Art
We have four separate projects going on that are linked to Maths and Art.
One is a whole school project where we have split into groups of all ages and abilities and we are doing giant pieces of art to display in the hall.
A compass design |
A tessellating pattern |
A number tree |
A collage of rectangles |
Geometric designs in 4 quadrants |
Buildings landscape with symmetrical reflection |
The second is creating large sets of tangrams for use in lessons and for displays.
The third is for years 10 and 11 to create their own tessellating patterns or mandalas.
The fourth is a piece of string art that a VI student is working on.
